Viewsonic's new 7-inch 250$ tablet

ViewSonic has expanded their Android offerings this morning with the announcement of a lower-cost tablet called the ViewBook 730. Dropping later this month, the 7-inch tablet runs Android 2.2 and features an ARM Cortex-A8 1Ghz processor, 8GB of memory, a front-facing VGA camera, Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g), and HDMI out. In terms of software, the ViewBook 730 will offer Adobe Flash, Amazon App Store, Twitter, Amazon's MP3 app, YouTube, Mediafly and Kindle. Like the HTC Evo View 4G, the Viewsonic tablet allows for a stylus, using RiteTouch technology on the 800x480 LED backlit screen.
